収集するもの12MP camera (photo and 3K video), microphone array (voice and ambient audio). When Meta AI is used, camera frames and voice are sent to Meta servers for processing. Same Meta AI platform as Ray-Ban Meta.
初期設定AI features on by default since April 2025, including 'Meta AI with camera'. Visual data from AI experiences is used for AI training unless the wearer opts out. In the US, voice transcripts and audio are stored by default to improve products; the opt-out was removed in April 2025.

削除とオプトアウトToggle 'Store visual data from AI experiences' in the Meta AI app (added Sept 24, 2026): with it off, visual data is used only to answer the question, then deleted - not stored, not used for training, not exposed to human review. The opt-out is forward-looking only; previously processed imagery stays in Meta's systems. US voice storage cannot be turned off (since April 2025). Manual deletion is available in the app.
